These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GuardPic, including the website, customer plugin, cloud services, token system, reports, support tools and related services.
GuardPic is a technology tool designed to help publishers and website owners identify missing or suspicious image attribution, document scan activity, manage review workflows and reduce operational risk. GuardPic is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any result, alert, score or recommendation should be reviewed by the customer and, when required, by a qualified legal professional.
A subscription is required to use GuardPic cloud services. Starter and Pro plans are licensed for one website unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. Agency and custom plans may include multiple websites, custom limits and additional workflows.
Monthly plan tokens reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Extra tokens purchased separately remain available while the subscription is active. An active subscription is required to use GuardPic cloud scans, OCR, AI checks, visual analysis, live web search, external comparison and extra tokens.
The customer is responsible for installing the plugin, entering the license key, defining approved attribution terms, reviewing scan findings, choosing whether to quarantine or restore images, and making final editorial or legal decisions. GuardPic does not guarantee that every copyright issue, attribution issue or legal risk will be found.
The customer must not use GuardPic to violate the rights of others, bypass security, overload the service, reverse engineer the system, resell access without permission, or process content that is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction.
GuardPic may update, improve, suspend or limit features when required for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, billing, legal compliance or service stability.
